NBA Spokesperson, Mike Bass has said in a statement, “With N.B.A. teams now in the process of welcoming fans back into their arenas, all teams will play the national anthem in keeping with longstanding league policy.”
Adam Silver added, “I recognize that this is a very emotional issue on both sides of the equation in America right now, and I think it calls for real engagement rather than rule enforcement.”

The NBA’s partnership with Chinese mega-streamer Tencent ensures that Chinese fans can watch government-censored versions of the competition in the United States. The league’s eagerness to cooperate with government-friendly Chinese partners has elevated the profiles of individuals such as Alibaba founder and billionaire Joseph Tsai, owner of the Brooklyn Nets, who have used this platform to promote his authoritarian, pro-Beijing opinions in the league.

The fact that the snotty, arrogant bastards made any attempt whatsoever at eliminating the Star Spangled Banner from their sports venue is enough to dump any loyalties to their sports efforts. The “sports brats” found out Americans don’t like to be told what is and is NOT patriotic by people who are whores to foreign money. America was built to greatness without the help of professional sports teams, as they simply benefit from our greatness as part of our leisure time entertainment. When they stop being entertainment and begin thinking they’re the reason for American exceptualism, it’s time to find other forms of amusement.
