A California private school has apologized to parents after a video showed a preschool teacher leading her class in a political chant.
Video of the 4 and 5-year-olds chanting the political statement about Joe Biden was posted on an internal app for parents of students at Turning Point Christian School, and that’s how one parent, Christina McFadden, saw it.
She said as she watched the video several times in horror.
“I was just in shock,” parent McFadden told ABC. “I had to watch it multiple times to realize, is this really happening?”
The video shows the teacher asking the 4 and 5-year-olds, “Who’s our President?”
After they all answer “Biden” in unison, the teacher asks, “What do we want to do with him?”
The students yell back, “We want him out!”
The teacher then excitedly asks, “What?” prompting them to yell again, “We want him out!”
Based on the report, the video was taken down from the messaging app about three hours after it was posted. The school administrator sent a message asking for forgiveness from the parents for the video that had been sent.
“We use Brightwheel as a parent communication app to share about your child’s day and activities. Earlier today a video was posted that has since been deleted as it did not share our school and church philosophy of honoring and respecting authority including those in government positions,” wrote in the message.
“We are sorry for any misunderstanding this could of (sic) created. With courtesy towards the families of our campus and the children in the classroom I am asking you to please not share with others or post the video on any social media platform,” the administrator continued.
It’s unclear what, if any, disciplinary action was taken against the teacher.
McFadden said the school did not disclose any information if the teacher got disciplined or not. The school affirmed that the teacher was “repentant” and “had learned from her mistake.”
“It doesn’t matter, at this point, which side of the fence you’re on. This can happen in your child’s classroom, and it is happening,” said McFadden.

Weeellll many (most?) of us really DO want him out but using little kids as political pawns is out of order regardless of which ‘side’ is doing it.
