Illegal immigrants entering the U.S. have become an epidemic, with Joe Biden’s loose immigration policies making it more accessible for illegals to enter the U.S.

President Trump celebrated the construction of more than 450 miles of the border wall in the final days of his administration, a project that Biden halted the same day he became president.

Biden believes opening the borders of America to illegal aliens will be beneficial to the country.

Last Wednesday, a 24-year-old South Texas man pleaded guilty to illegally transporting undocumented migrants within the United States.

Leonardo Davila Jr, a resident of Mission, Texas, admitted to smuggling 73 people while driving an 18-wheeler.

Davila faces up to five years in federal prison and a possible $250,000 maximum fine if proven guilty, according to U.S. District Judge Drew B. Tipton who will impose sentencing on Aug. 24.

Breaking 911 reported:

On February 8, Davila drove a tractor-trailer into the Border Patrol (BP) checkpoint near Falfurrias. There, a K-9 soon alerted authorities to the presence of concealed humans. Upon a search of the trailer, law enforcement discovered dozens of undocumented individuals.

In the trailer were nationals of Ecuador, Guatemala, Honduras, Peru, Mexico, and El Salvador. All 73 were later determined to be illegally present in the U.S.

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) in Corpus Christi, Texas, with assistance from the U.S. Border Patrol, will make a thorough investigation of Davila’s case.

According to reports, Davila will remain in custody pending that hearing.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Patrick Overman is prosecuting the case.
