Ted Cruz Has Just Said He Is Willing To Pull The Trigger!

Uncategorized

One of the things that people have to realize about Republicans is that while we hold to our beliefs pretty strong if you present us with a reasonable argument we will agree with you even if it is something that might go against our normal grain.

You don’t always have to go along a straight line every single time because that just shows total close-mindedness.

Thankfully, we have people like Ted Cruz who are willing to stand up and say that someone is right, even when it is someone that he agrees with about one percent of the time.

It’s great that he continues. Like Trump surprising everybody, maybe Mr. Cruz will punch through one day. Absolute power corrupts absolutely and human beings are weak. Once a human acquires power they’re loathe to let it go.

Sen. Ted Cruz is reintroducing an amendment for term limits on Congress. A couple Republicans have joined in the effort: Mike Braun (IN), Marco Rubio (FL), Rick Scott (FL), Pat Toomey (PA.) and Todd Young (IN).

He’s been in office since 2013, long enough to have seen the damage caused by the incestuousness of government. Cruz explained, “the amendment would limit U.S. senators to two six-year terms and members of the U.S. House of Representatives to three two-year terms.”

This isn’t the first time he’s attempted this. With power hungry Democrats in office his effort just went that much more uphill.

The past four years he’s tried this a couple times. In 2016 Sen. Cruz teamed with Rep. Ron DeSantis (R-FL) writing an op-ed in the Washington Post announcing his intentions.

In 2017 he initiated an amendment to the constitution requiring term limits for the 115th Congress. In 2019 he lead a hearing titled, “Keeping Congress Accountable: Term Limits in the United States” in an effort to break the cycle of career politicians and holding people accountable. Sen. Cruz and Francis Rooney (R-FL) again attempted the amendment for term limits to the 116th Congress.

  1. Putting term limits on any public official is denying the population their choice, of who they want to represent them, what should be is that a candidate should be thoroughly screened and any, racist, antismetic or religious radicalism should make them not allowed to serve, persons who have those qualities do not represent the majority of their state which any person in Congress is suppose to do. They have never been elected to serve the party they are elected to serve the people of their state, what the majority want done. Now winning a majority in an election does not mean that the majority of the population elected them, just the majority of those who voted, and in a lot of states that excludes the majority of the minority population.

I.m going to go off on a tangent about democrats which I have voiced several times in my lifetime and will most likely continue to do so.
During my lifetime I have noticed very few democrat/communists candidates embrace freedom for all people. It is also difficult for the people to even know what the democrat candidate actually stands for! For instance, back in the days of slavery, democrats were in charge of the plantations and implemented slavery and actually murdered a lot of their slaves. Now days they pretty much assure the black population will stay in failing cities, and their children will attend democrat FALLING Schools and sadly far to many blacks still have the belief the democrat leaders care about them. What’s it going to take for ALL people to realize the Democrats/Communism support the Communist Manifesto?

  2. Senator Cruz isn’t the only one that is willing to pull the trigger, and not the way Cruz is thinking. Let the liberal commie Democrats keep pushing, until there is no where else to push.
