Liberal Media Figures Make These Violent Threats If GOP Fills Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s Seat

One of the hallmarks of the United States of America has always been that we consist of an orderly transfer of power. That is, when we have a candidate who is defeated for a high office such as the President of the United States, we don’t see that candidate do something very drastic or very violent against the victor. However, most of that is now going to go out the window with the death of liberal icon Ruth Bader Ginsburg. Simply put, folks, you had better dig in, because whether Trump is going to be allowed to replace this individual remains to be seen, and it will probably devolve very quickly into a battle royale. All we have to do is simply look at the behavior of some of the most well-known left-wing media figures.
I’ll just cut to the chase here, folks: left-wingers have actually said they will engage in violent riots if President Trump and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) make any type of attempt to fill the Supreme Court vacancy that was made by the passing of Ruth Bader Ginsburg on Friday afternoon.
One of the leaders of this liberal melee would have to be Reza Aslan, and if you recall that name it’s probably because he used to have a show on CNN. His response was to write that “if they even so much as TRY to replace RBG we ought to burn the whole entire f***ing thing down.”
Political writer Laura Bassett echoed the sentiments of Reza Aslan, even though I will give her a small trifling of credit since she stopped just short of making threats. She wrote the following instead: “If McConnell james a person through, which he probably will, there is going to be riots….*more and bigger riots.”
Australian astrophysicist Dr. Jessie Christiansen also had quite a few things to say. She tweeted out, in ALL CAPS no less, the following: “IF THEY RAM AN APPOINTMENT THROUGH IN THE NEXT TWO MONTHS I AM GOING TO RIOT. This is a real-life nightmare.” Of course, we had several of the GOP faithful point out the obvious to her. Guess what, Dr. Christiansen, I don’t know if you’ve been hiding under one of those space rocks, but they are already doing it, as Kitty Shackleford so adroitly points out:
Writer Beau Willimon also joined in on the fracas, and he was using some rather forceful language as well: “We are going to shut this country down if Trump and McConnell try to ram an appointment through before the election.”

Of course, political commentator Katie Herzog also had her own unique spin on this developing story, and she wrote the following: “All one can hope for in a time such as this would be that Mitch McConnell has a stroke or a heart attack from laughing too hard.” However, this uber-passionate activist did want to clarify a few things while she was at it:

Another leftist wrote that she wanted to meet outside of Mitch McConnell’s house and harass him!

Political science professor Emmett Macfarlane got even more forceful in his delivery, saying that activists of his ilk should “burn congress down” before they let Trump try to nominate someone to the Supreme Court:

So what does this mean for those of us who love freedom and believe in traditional American values? Well, a lot, actually. I remember all too well how my grandmother would continually tell my mother and I that the Democrats were for the little guy, the blue-collar person, or the individual just scrapping to get by. However, one of the things that we need to make clear is that these Democrats are not your parents’ or grandparents’ Democrat party. These individuals are violent Marxists and angry revolutionaries. Threatening to destroy this country just because you may not get your way is ABSOLUTELY NOT what the Founding Fathers had in mind. Benjamin Franklin, John Adams, and Thomas Jefferson must be turning over in their graves right now. What ever happened to an orderly transfer of power? Apparently that means nothing to this horrible version of the Democrat party. Let Trump have the pick. Simple as that.
