JUST IN NEWS: John Bolton Says He Could Prosecute State Dept. For Bribery And WIN!

Viral

VIA| In the latest chapter of the email scandal involving Democrat presidential nominee Hillary Clinton, documents released by the FBI on Monday showed that a senior State Department official apparently tried to bribe the FBI to cover up Clinton’s crimes.

Senior State Department official Patrick Kennedy reportedly tried to offer a “quid pro quo” for the FBI to change the classifications of some of the emails on Clinton’s private severs — an action many are saying was criminal in nature.

Appearing on Fox News, former U.N. Ambassador John Bolton, who served under the George W. Bush administration, said he could easily win the case against Kennedy in a court of law.

“This is attempted bribery. Absolutely,” Bolton replied when asked by Fox News host Bill Hemmer if he could win the case in court.

“It is inconceivable to me that a State Department official could do this. You can’t change the classification of information, whether it’s a document or some other tangible form, for any reason other than a change in the circumstances that gave rise to the classification in the first place,” he said.

Trump has seized on this revelation as proof of the rampant corruption in Washington, D.C., as well as to drive home his message that he is the only one who can “drain the swamp” that our nation’s capital has become.

“Attempted bribery is just as much a crime as actual bribery,” Bolton stated.

The State Department has (of course) denied that this offer was ever made, but it would be unreasonable for us to expect them to tell the truth about anything these days.

Thanks to the FBI investigation, and some WikiLeaks documents, the American people have gotten a firsthand look and just how dirty the “City of Magnificent Intentions” is.

These revelations will undoubtedly factor into who people vote for in November — the outsider who is promising to clear up our capital, or the insider who is corrupt to the core.
