The lawyer of the mother of Hunter Biden’s -year-old daughter is expecting Hunter “to be indicted” for tax fraud, the report said.
Lunden Alexis Roberts, the mother of the president’s granddaughter via Hunter, retained Arkansas lawyer Clint Lancaster as part of a child support lawsuit against the president’s son, whose full name in the relevant court record is Robin Hunter Biden. The paternity and child support litigation was filed in 2019 and made Lancaster privy to what he described as significant volumes of information about Hunter Biden’s finances.
Lancaster said that he was complying with a subpoena in turning over a significant amount of Hunter’s financial records,’ and that both he and Roberts were interviewed by investigators.
Lancaster told the outlet, referring to Hunter Biden “I expect him to be indicted,”
“Just based on what I saw in his financial records, I would be surprised if he’s not indicted.”
Lancaster revealed that Roberts handed over “a significant amount of Hunter’s financial records” to federal prosecutors after being subpoenaed last month.
The lawyer added that over 10 gigs of data all in electronic form were given to him but he added that both he and his client “don’t want Hunter to go to jail.”
Lancaster told the financial cable channel, “It’s not my goal, much to the unhappiness of many people in the Republican Party.”

According to the New York Post report:
The president’s son reached a settlement, despite initially denying fathering 3-year-old Navy Joan, whom he has never met.
“It’s sad, because the baby looks like him, with blond hair,” Lancaster said in the CNBC interview about Biden’s absence.
The federal investigation into Hunter Biden’s alleged tax fraud began in 2014 and dovetailed with a probe into his overseas business affairs as his father ran for president.
An exclusive 2020 report by The Post revealed how Hunter Biden had leveraged then-Vice President Joe Biden’s political clout to gain influence with Ukrainian energy firm Burisma.
Hunter Biden sat on the board of Burisma from 2014 to 2019 for a reported $600,000 annual salary.
Lancaster said the information turned over to the government included pay records from Burisma.
“I saw a lot of information” that is “problematic” for Biden, Lancaster reportedly said.
“I’m not making any statements about what was in the tax records, whether he paid taxes, or whether he didn’t pay taxes.”
And according to Lancaster Hunter Biden has never seen the child he fathered with Roberts.
“It’s sad, because the baby looks like him, with blond hair,” he said.
