Gary Busey was spotted with his pants down in a California park just one day after the embattled actor was charged with three counts of sexual assault,
The 78-year-old actor was charged on August 19 with two counts of fourth-degree criminal sexual contact, one count of attempted criminal sexual contact, and one count of harassment following his alleged actions during an incident at a New Jersey fan gathering at the Monster Mania Convention between August 12 and 14. The disgraced actor was seen sitting with his pants down at Point Dume Park on August 20.
According to DailyMail, Busey got out of his car wearing a white t-shirt and black pants. He went towards a bench where he sat down, pulled out his phone, and then pulled his pants down.
“The Buddy Holly Story” actor stuck one hand down the front of his pants, and then scanned around to check nobody caught him in the lewd act. He then started smoking a cigar, staring at the ocean for half an hour before leaving the park.
The photographer questioned the actor about the criminal allegations from Monster-Mania, and about pulling his pants down in the park.
In the video shared by TMZ, the paparazzi asked Busy about what transpired between him and the women at the event, to which Busey responded, “Nothing.”
“None of that happened. I was ah, a partner and a camera lady, and me, two girls, we all were in there. It took less than ten seconds,” Busey said in the video. “And then they left. And then they made up a story that I assaulted them sexually, when I did not,” he added.
The paparazzi asked Busey to continue speaking about what happened between him and the women. “Nothing. Nothing happened. It’s all false,” Busey responded.
“I don’t care because there are no accusations, there are no possible ones,” Busey said in the video, speaking about what he would say to his fans, who may be concerned about the allegations that have surfaced against him.
According to AWM, Busey’s behavior has never been the same after he suffered a near-fatal motorcycle crash in 1988. He did not seem to be aware that he was in public when he dropped his pants and began fondling himself around the crotch area. Busey’s representative claimed that the actor was on private property but was in full view of the public.
