Rep. Seth Moulton from Massachusetts is a Democratic gun control advocate who made a bold and offensive statement that isn’t go over too well with the American public.
Moulton decided to refrain from honoring the fallen Americans in Vegas during a moment of silence by stating that this wasn’t the time for silence, but action. Although the second portion of the statement is to be expected from a liberal who is constantly calling for increased gun control regulations, what proceed that sentiment is completely disrespectful and unsympathetic to not only the lives lost, but thousands who have been effected via the loss of loved ones. In case Moulton forgot the family’s of these victims are still alive and most definitely displease by this rude commenting while the loss is so fresh.
Rep. Seth Moulton (D-Mass.) refused to take part in a moment of silence for the victims of the largest mass shooting in U.S. history that occurred in Las Vegas Sunday night.
“Now is not a moment for silence; it’s a time for action,” the congressman tweeted.
“As after #Orlando, I will NOT be joining my colleagues in a moment of silence on the House Floor that just becomes an excuse for inaction.”
“Now is not a moment for silence; it’s a time for action.”
Moulton took a shot at House Speaker Paul Ryan on Tuesday, telling him to “do your job” and vote on gun legislation, and that he is “letting America down.”
What is it that liberals don’t understand about these shooters and their complete lack of disregard for the law and therefore gun regulations being further enforced only involves innocent people and not the criminals responsible for these heinous acts of senseless violence. Wether it’s political, religious, PTSD or whatever this mans reasoning was, one thing that makes sense is that it’s never appropriate to murder ANYONE! Period. Not guns, people are to blame. Everytime.
this piece of trash needs to be kicked to the curb. draging his agenda into things that are non political proves that hes is not someone that the country need to have in our government, we need serious people. not policitcal hacks.
