HA! Stormy Daniels Has Been Hit With ANOTHER Batch Of Bad News…

Uncategorized

The adult film actress Stormy Daniels, involved in the indictment against former President Donald Trump by Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, is facing more negative attention. Rich Lowry, the editor-in-chief of the National Review, published an analysis arguing that Trump and his legal team are correct in saying that Daniels extorted the former president.

Lowry points out that the timing of the $130,000 payment to Daniels near the end of the 2016 campaign was also due to Daniels realizing that it was the perfect time to leverage an extortionate demand. He contends that the difference between Daniels’ actions and what typically leads to extortion charges is one of degree, not of kind. While Trump was not a victim, the women who profited from these situations were neither victims nor saints.

In his piece, Lowry concludes that Daniels threatened Trump with exposure, received a large sum to keep quiet, and still ended up speaking out. This, he argues, is essentially a master class in making an extortionate demand work.

This accusation comes as the U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals awarded Trump $121,962.56 in attorney fees from Daniels, in addition to the roughly $500,000 she was ordered to pay him last year. This ruling is separate from the Manhattan case in which Trump was indicted for his alleged role in hush money payments to Daniels ahead of the 2016 election.

Daniels made headlines again after an interview with Piers Morgan, where she stated she would testify against Trump if asked, but she does not believe he should be incarcerated based on this case. She mentioned that she has nothing to hide and that testifying would legitimize her story. However, she did suggest that Trump might deserve incarceration for other alleged wrongdoings.

Mark Levin, a top talk radio and Fox News host criticized Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg after Trump’s court appearance and the unsealing of Bragg’s indictment. Levin questioned the underlying crime Trump supposedly committed, stating that he did not commit any underlying crime and was not charged with any.

Levin argued that Trump is a historic figure, which is why he is being targeted. He referred to the January 6 committee, the Mueller criminal investigation, two impeachment attempts, an FBI SWAT team sent to his home, and the control of five grand juries by Democrats as examples of this targeting. Levin suggested that the Manhattan District Attorney should be disbarred due to his actions and the lack of substance behind the charges.

Daniels’ extortion accusations and the ongoing legal battles involving Trump highlight the politically charged atmosphere surrounding the former president. It is essential to consider the motivations of all involved parties and ensure that the pursuit of justice remains unbiased and unswayed by political agendas.
