It Started As A Simple Animal Complaint, It Ended Up As A Living Nightmare!

It all started with officers responding to an “animal complaint” from its neighbors, but it led to authorities uncovering a nightmare as a Georgia couple left an infant outside in a cold vehicle — while they were reportedly having kinky sexcapades inside their feces-filled home.

Many reports confirm that an animal control officer responded to their home on Feb. 13 in the reference “an animal complaint.” That’s when they discovered a minivan “with an infant inside and the driver’s and passenger door completely open.” The average temperature that day was reportedly 32 degrees.

New York Daily News also reported the incident:

“Louis Thomas Cope and Katrina Marie Norman had more than just their kinky sex life exposed when the Gwinnett County Police were called to their home. It all began after a neighbor lodged an “animal complaint” and an animal control officer arrived, only to make a disturbing discovery in the Snellville couple’s minivan.”

The report said the police tried to knock on the door, but both officers got no answer at the front door, until Norman, 32, came outside after several minutes. She was wearing “a pink one-piece lace suit” and a blanket. Cope eventually came to the door as well.

The police officer wrote in their report, “Based on their appearance it appeared they had left the child in the vehicle while having intercourse.”

Cope, 23, reportedly told police that he and Norman had just returned from buying groceries, which they were unloading into the house when Norman “surprised him with the pink lingerie.” Attempting to corroborate assertions that the child hadn’t been unsupervised for long.

Cope said he and Norman did not engage in intercourse at that point — because he put a dog collar on Norman and told her to “stay” while he went back out to the car. However, the officer noted that the front door was locked and authorities were on the scene for at least 15 minutes before anyone came to the door, casting serious doubts on the couple’s story.

It only got worse when police entered the home and made yet another disgusting discovery about the depraved duo. Upon walking inside, officers immediately saw trash strewn about the floor and “immediately smelled a strong odor of urine and feces.”

There was also “a folded dirty mattress partially obstructing the door.” Their report also stated that the kitchen “was very dirty and unsanitary” and the children’s bedrooms were littered with animal feces. There was “so much trash on the ground,” the responding officer “could not walk without watching where I was stepping,” he wrote.

Daily Mail reported:

The report by the officer also added: ‘I saw a knife lying on the ground within reach for a child to grab and hurt themselves.’

Police also described the baby and the other two children living at the house as deprived.

The pair have now been charged with maintaining a disorderly house and second-degree cruelty to children, which is a felony.

Both have since been released after posting $16,900 bonds.

Online booking sheets at Gwinett County jail also revealed the tattoos adorning both suspect’s bodies with Cope’s arm saying ‘Family forever’ and Norman’s back saying ‘Partners in crime.’
