An undercover cop posing as a 15-year-old tells the following disturbing tale…
The head of this massive, Facebook-owned organization was arrested by Tukwila Police, near Seattle, for allegedly responding to an online advertisement offering sex in exchange for money. The advertisement was created and posted by an undercover officer posing as a 15-year-old girl.
According to the report, Dov Katz, who runs “Oculus,” arranged a meeting where he would pay $350 for sex without a condom. He arrived at the meeting place, an Embassy Suites in Tukwila, and was arrested at the hotel with $600 in cash.
Speaking quickly, Katz told police that he had arrived to rescue the girl, though he should have called the authorities first.
Facebook has not commented on the Katz situation, yet. Katz will be arraigned on January 5th and bail has been set at $125,000. He is an Israeli citizen, living in California, and has been forbidden from having any contact with minors.
Facebook purchased Oculus, a virtual reality technology company, in 2014 for about $2 billion. The Oculus engineering office operates in Seattle. You may have heard of one of their better-known projects, the Oculus Rift headset.
